We want to inform you of a recent update related to the Lost Device Notification feature following our latest Decryptx software release.
What happened:
As part of this release, we reinstated the Lost Device Notification, which reminds users when a device has remained in an In Transit state for more than 21 days. After reinstatement, we observed an increase in the volume of reminder emails for some users, as the notification reactivated across previously qualifying devices.
What we’re doing about it:
To minimize unnecessary communication, we’ve temporarily disabled the notification. Users should no longer be receiving these emails. Our support team is available if you have any questions or need assistance.
Next steps:
We’re reviewing the notification’s timing and delivery behavior to ensure it aligns with current usage and expectations. We’re also enhancing our release testing protocols to better manage how reinstated features behave in production environments.
