We began a phased rollout of today’s PayConex production update and then paused the rollout to perform additional validation. We briefly enabled the new version and observed unexpected internal warnings being logged, although no customer traffic was impacted.
As a precaution, we reverted to the prior PayConex version and all services are operating normally.
Our team is applying a hotfix and running additional smoke tests in production on a limited basis.
We’ll announce when the updated version is fully enabled for all customers.
